By Todd Ash

One of the most guarded secrets to making money online is the email list. The alimighty email list of red hot buyers is the most well kept secrets to making money online and most internet marketers will not let you in on this secret. It has always been the key to making money online and it will always be the key.

You may be asking yourself , how do I build a red hot email list that is full of buyers. That is the golden question.

You could have a list with 5,000 people that do not buy a thing when you email them or you could have a list of 500 that buys averytime you email them with an offer. Which list do you think would be the most profitable?

The answer to building a red hot email list is not that simple and a lot of time and effort must go into this.

You will need to build a squeeze page. A squeeze page will tell your potential red hot buyer about your opportunity or product and give them a chance to enter their name and email address. In order to get them to give you this information by their own decision you will need to grab their curiousity and perhaps tell them this is the opportunity or product you will not be able to live without. Also you may offer them something for free for registering on your squeeze page. This is the golden ticket. What will you give them for free to get them to give you their information. That is what you will need to decide for yourself. You will decide what to give them depending on what opportunity or product you may be selling.

If you are promoting a business opportunity it may be a free ebook about making money online. If you are selling a particular product you may offer them some free information about that product and what the benefits of having such a product might be.

So the key to making money online is the almight red hot email list. Once you have a list of hot buyers you will sonn be on your way to making some serious money. Some marketers have you email list full of red hot buyers and may make as much as a few thousand dollars to tens of thousands everytime they email that list.

If you are doing business online and failing this may be the reason. Website traffic alone will not make the cut. You will need to build a squeeze page that catches peoples attention and gives them the desire to sign up. You need to find what your potential buyer is looking for and then give tham what they want.

Ezines vs. Blogs, How To Use Each Internet Marketing Tool
By Matt Bacak

What are ezines and blogs? Ezines and blogs are just two of the many ways you can connect with your list and reel in new customers. An ezine is an electronic magazine. It is like a print magazine, but in digital format.

A blog is short for web log. Blogs are webpages that are commonly used as personal journals or personal communication that is more about the author of the blog. However, you can put articles and marketing communication on your blog. Both ezines and blogs are excellent marketing tools to use in your Internet business.

Question #2: Do you use your ezine and blog in different ways? Do you see an ezine as primarily for marketing and blog as a more chatty conversational way to connect between the audience? Is there are difference between the two?

Answer: That is how a lot of people view these two marketing tools. However, I view it differently. A blog is a great way to have a more casual conversation with your list, but I don’t want to manage my blog to the point where I have to deal with comments. Dealing with comments on my blog takes time. This means that I am essentially paying to respond to these comments because I could use this time to do another task that earns me money.

My ezine and my newsletter is usually the same conversation that is on my blog. That way I can repurpose and reuse my content. I get more miles from my content this way. For example, if I send out an ezine email it usually goes on my blog. If I submit an article, it goes on my blog. I do that from a search engine marketing perspective.

So I use the ezine and blog in relatively the same manner. The only difference is that the ezine goes out through email while the blog goes out through RSS feeds. RSS feeds also let your blog subscribers know when new content has been added.

I know other people that do it differently. I do it this way because it’s the lazy way of doing it, but it works. I like to reuse content as much as I can because it just makes sense. I recommend having both a blog and ezine to keep your relationship strong with your list. Plus, your content and brand will be in more locations on the Internet.

There are many strategies to making money on the internet, but nothing makes sense unless you have a big list. Email Marketing is the most profitable way to make money on the internet.
